Applications:
The 3-ton LPG forklift is suitable for both indoor and outdoor flexible operations and is widely used in food and beverage warehouses, cold chain loading and unloading platforms, ceramic and building materials factories, and large logistics centers. In food workshops, it transports boxed beverages and condiments, with no black smoke in the exhaust, meeting the environmental protection requirements of well-ventilated indoor spaces. At the entrances and exits of cold storage, it frequently moves in and out, and refueling only takes 3 minutes, eliminating range anxiety and being more suitable for multi-shift operations than electric forklifts. In building materials markets, it loads and unloads tiles and cement prefabricated components, with strong power and the ability to handle outdoor slopes and uneven roads with ease. The dual-fuel system can be switched to gasoline with a single button, providing more flexible fuel acquisition. We support the customization of attachments (side shifters, rotators) and CE and EAC certifications to meet export requirements.
Advantages:
Dual-fuel switching, flexible and cost-saving: Equipped with a standard gasoline/LPG dual-fuel system, it can be switched with one button, offering more flexible fuel options; LPG prices are usually lower than those of gasoline/diesel, resulting in lower operating costs.
Clean and environmentally friendly, suitable for indoor use: LPG burns completely, with CO and HC content in the exhaust far lower than that of diesel engines. There is no black smoke, and it can be used in well-ventilated indoor spaces, meeting Euro 5, EPA and other emission standards.
Strong power, comparable to diesel: LPG has a high octane number (around 110), good anti-knock performance, and large output torque. It performs excellently in full-load climbing and heavy-load starting, not inferior to diesel forklifts.
Fast refueling, no range anxiety: Replacing the gas cylinder or refueling takes only 3 minutes, much faster than charging; the gas cylinder has a range of up to 8-10 hours, making it suitable for continuous multi-shift operations.
Longer engine life: LPG combustion does not produce carbon deposits, reduces engine wear, extends the oil change cycle, and maintenance costs are lower than those of diesel forklifts.
Safe and reliable: The gas cylinders are equipped with standard overcurrent protection valves, explosion-proof diaphragms and anti-leakage devices. The entire vehicle has passed safety certification and can be optionally equipped with steel cylinders or lightweight wound cylinders.
Customized export: Supports customization of attachments, mast types, and gas cylinder types as per requirements. Provides CE and EAC certifications as well as anti-rust marine shipping packaging. Factory direct sales, with a delivery time as fast as 20 days.
FAQ:
1. What is the maximum load capacity of the 3-ton LPG forklift?
Answer: The rated lifting capacity is 3000kg (i.e., 3 tons), measured under the standard load center distance (usually 500mm). During actual operation, do not overload and pay attention to the center of gravity of the goods.
2. What are the main differences between LPG forklifts and diesel/electric forklifts?
One-sentence suggestion:
Compared to diesel: LPG produces less exhaust emissions (no black smoke, lower CO/HC), quieter, and suitable for indoor use with ventilation; diesel is better for extremely harsh outdoor conditions.
Compared to electric: LPG refuels in 3 minutes (no long charging), no battery degradation, ideal for multi-shift operations; electric is zero emission and quieter for fully enclosed indoor spaces.
3. How to transport a 2-ton LPG forklift? What should be noted?
Answer: The transportation methods are usually whole vehicle road transportation or container sea export.
Whole vehicle transportation: The forklift is driven onto the flatbed truck, the four wheels and the frame are fixed with straps, the forks are lowered to the lowest position, the mast is tilted back, and the handbrake is tightened. Note: Disconnect the battery negative terminal and ensure the LPG cylinder valve is fully closed.
Container export: We provide professional anti-rust treatment, use fumigated wood pallets or steel pallets for fixation, and load the forklift into 20-foot or 40-foot containers. LPG cylinders must be emptied of residual gas and valve protected, or transported separately according to dangerous goods regulations (UN1075). We provide proper documentation.
Transportation precautions:
The LPG cylinder must be secured with the valve closed and protected from impact.
The fuel line should be disconnected or capped to prevent leakage.
The vehicle is equipped with multi-language operation manuals and a common spare parts package.
Export advantages: We provide CE, EAC, EPA certifications, rust-proof wax-sealed packaging, and can assist customers in completing customs clearance documents at the destination port.
4. Can LPG forklifts be used indoors?
Answer: Yes, but only in well-ventilated areas. LPG forklifts produce lower emissions than diesel (no black smoke, less CO and HC), making them suitable for indoor applications such as food warehouses, cold storage loading docks, and workshops with proper air exchange. For completely enclosed, poorly ventilated spaces, electric forklifts are still recommended. We can also install catalytic converters or LPG purification systems to further reduce emissions.
5. Are there any harmful substances from LPG forklifts?
Answer: LPG forklifts produce much fewer harmful substances than diesel – no particulate matter (black smoke), lower carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons. However, they still emit some CO₂ and trace gases, so they are not zero-emission. Long-term use in enclosed spaces without ventilation may still pose health risks. Always ensure adequate ventilation or install exhaust extraction systems.
6. How do your LPG forklifts compare to Linde in terms of advantages?
Answer: Our LPG forklifts are on par with Linde in terms of performance, reliability, and fuel efficiency, featuring the same excellent core configurations: dual-fuel system (gasoline/LPG switchable), durable industrial-grade LPG carburetor, over-flow protection valve on cylinder, anti-stall torque converter, wet disc brakes, etc. At the same time, we offer more flexible customization services (such as mast height, attachments, cylinder type – steel or composite, cold storage protection), a faster delivery cycle (20 days for standard models), and more competitive prices. All models can be configured with certifications (CE, EAC, EPA) and packaging according to the export destination, and support quick LPG cylinder replacement for continuous operation.
